The Non Collegiate Women s Education Board aims to provide alternate pathways for these individuals to pursue higher education and gain the knowledge and skills necessary for their personal and professional growth. During the meeting, Prof. Umesh Rai, VCJU, emphasized the importance of education in empowering girls and women.
