State Vision News Service Jammu, Nov. 13 Tarun Chugh, national general secretary of the Bhartiya Janta Party, questioned why the Congress had not responded to the National Conference s call for the reinstatement of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. Chugh said that the National Conference, led by Abdullah, seemed to be in line with Pakistan s ISI driven agenda and urged Congress to make clear its position. Speaking at a party membership drive review meeting in Jammu, Chugh noted that the public should be aware of whether Congress supports this agenda backed by Pakistan, given that Congress recently formed an alliance with the National Conference in the J K elections.
